Competition Dates:

1. Winter: March to August (capacity 54 teams)
2. Summer: September to February (capacity 80 teams)

* Due to flexible rostering, teams are able join in at anytime.*

Format Normal five court players. It is strongly recommended that teams register a minimum of six players to ensure they always have a full team and able to meet its financial obligations. For rules click here

Competition

2. Womens
3. Mixed (must always have a minimum of 2 females on the court at all times)

Each competition is dependent on viable team numbers.

Mixed Policy
2 females must be on the field at all times. It is recommended that each team have 3 females to fulfil this rule.Males must be aware of females and show restraint in their attack on the ball and in aggressively overguarding.

Referees:
One (1) Referee is appointed for each game and they are the official scorer. Enquiries from qualified Referees are welcome.

Costs : A Registration Fee per roster (includes Insurance) and a weekly Playing Fee is applicable.

1. A Registration Fee of $15.00 per player is compulsory and payable each roster.Payment is due by the second roster game and confirms Insurance .
Team Playing Fee per match of $50.00,less if some players are student concessions.ie 5 players =$10.00 , 6 players = $9.00 each and 7 players = $8.00 each.
Student concessions - High School $6.50 and College (Grade 11/12) = $7.50
Cheques made payable to : PlaySport Enterprises.
The Team Fee is payable prior to the game commencing

Uniform - A team uniform is encouraged. Coloured bibs are available to distinguish teams where appropriate.

Footwear - Non-marking sports shoes are essential

Finals - Top two (2) ladder positions in each division play a Grand Final. Should scores be level at full time in a Grand Final, the first team to score after the jump ball wins. To be eligible for finals, teams must be debt free and players must be registered and have played a minimum of five rostered games with the team.

Ladders - Displayed on the noticeboard at the Elphin Sports Centre and on the web-site www.playsport.com.au

Point Allocation For Ladders
• Win/Bye = 3 pts
• Draw = 1.5 pts
• Loss = 1 pt
• Forfeit = 0 pts

No points are awarded if the Playing Fee is not paid in full but points can be redeemed when the debt is cleared.

Fill-In Policy - A team must have four of its registered players to constitute a legal team to gain a result. Fill-ins can be used to assist a team but not in finals.
